Downloading delivered items
Delivered files and digital items are accessed from the matching order detail page.
Download an item
Open Orders, select the completed purchase, and find the Delivered item card. Use Download when the product includes a file deliverable.
Expired download links
Download links may be signed for a limited time. If a link expires, return to the order and request it again by selecting Download once more.
