About these terms
These Terms of Service govern your use of Lunex (lunex.guru), a marketplace where independent sellers rent a slot and sell digital goods — such as software license keys, access codes and downloadable files — to buyers who pay in cryptocurrency or from a Lunex balance.
Lunex is operated by [TO CONFIRM: legal entity name], registered at [TO CONFIRM: registered address] ("Lunex", "we", "us"). By creating an account, buying, selling, or holding a balance you agree to these terms, the Privacy Policy, the Cookie Policy and the Prohibited Goods Policy.
Eligibility and accounts
- You must be at least [TO CONFIRM: 18] years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement where you live.
- You must register with a working email address and verify it. Purchases are blocked until your email is verified.
- Your username, avatar, public ID (for example LNX-U…) and "member since" date are public. Your email address is not shown to other users.
- You are responsible for activity under your account. Keep your password private and consider enabling two-factor authentication in Settings. A signed-in session lasts up to 30 days on a device unless you sign out.
- You may not create accounts to evade a suspension, impersonate another person or business, or operate the platform through automated scripts.
Lunex’s role in a sale
Sellers, not Lunex, create listings, set prices, write descriptions and supply the digital items that are delivered. The contract for an item is between the buyer and the seller. Lunex provides the slot, checkout, payment processing, automated delivery and support tools, and enforces platform rules.
Lunex does not inspect every item before sale and does not guarantee that a key or file works, is authentic, or may be used in a particular region. Use the support tools described below if something is wrong.
Buying on Lunex
Prices are set and charged in US dollars. Amounts shown in other currencies are an estimate for convenience only; the USD price is what the order is created for.
At checkout you choose one of the payment methods available for that seller:
- Cryptocurrency (currently Litecoin or Bitcoin)Lunex generates a one-time deposit address for your order and locks the exchange rate. You have 120 minutes to send the exact amount shown. The order is paid once the payment reaches the required number of network confirmations (2 for Litecoin; for Bitcoin the number increases with the order value).
- Lunex balanceThe order total is deducted from your balance immediately and the item is delivered straight away.
Cryptocurrency payments are irreversible. In particular:
- If you send less than the amount shown, the order is not marked paid and nothing is delivered. The received funds are held and reviewed manually — contact support with your order ID. [TO CONFIRM: whether underpayments are returned, completed on top-up, or credited to balance, and within what time.]
- If you send more than the amount shown, the order is completed and the full amount received is forwarded to the seller. Lunex does not return the surplus. [TO CONFIRM this is the intended policy.]
- A payment made after the 120-minute window, or after the item has sold out, may require manual resolution through support.
- Sending a different coin, or using the wrong network, may result in permanent loss that Lunex cannot recover.
Delivery is automatic once an order is paid: license keys and codes are shown on your order page, and files are downloaded through short-lived links from the same page. Delivered keys cannot be recalled, so read the listing carefully before you pay.
Refunds and disputes
Payment for a crypto order is forwarded to the seller’s own wallet shortly after it confirms, and balance payments are credited to the seller’s Lunex balance. Lunex therefore does not keep a pool of order funds from which it can issue refunds.
- Refunds are made by the seller, at the seller’s discretion, and are sent by the seller directly to the buyer. When a seller marks an order as refunded on Lunex, access to any delivered file is revoked. A key that has already been revealed cannot be taken back.
- If an item is missing, not as described, or does not work, open a ticket from the order page or through Support. Lunex may contact the seller, review the order and take action under the Prohibited Goods Policy, including suspending the slot. [TO CONFIRM: whether Lunex will ever compensate a buyer itself, and on what terms.]
- Nothing in these terms limits any refund right you have under the consumer law that applies to you. [TO CONFIRM with counsel: EU/UK 14-day withdrawal right and the digital-content exception.]
Your Lunex balance
A Lunex balance is an amount in US dollars that Lunex holds on your behalf. Funds you add are pooled in wallets controlled by Lunex until you spend or withdraw them. [TO CONFIRM with counsel: licensing/registration status for holding customer funds (e.g. VASP / money transmission) in each market Lunex serves, and any KYC/AML obligations that follow.]
- Top-ups: you send Litecoin or Bitcoin to a deposit address generated for you. Your balance is credited in USD, at the rate locked when the top-up was created, for the amount actually received — sending more or less than requested credits more or less accordingly.
- Sellers’ balances are also credited when a buyer pays for their product from a balance. Lunex currently deducts no commission from these sales.
- Spending: a balance can pay for purchases and for slot rent.
- Withdrawals: you choose an amount, a coin and a destination address you control. The minimum is $5.00, and no more than $2,000.00 can be withdrawn per account in any rolling 24-hour period. Withdrawals may also be delayed when platform-wide daily limits are reached.
- The blockchain network fee is deducted from the amount you withdraw, so the destination receives slightly less than the amount requested. The amount is removed from your balance when you submit the request; if the withdrawal fails, it is returned to your balance.
- You are responsible for entering a correct address. A withdrawal sent to a wrong address cannot be reversed.
- A balance is not a bank deposit, earns no interest, and is not protected by any deposit-insurance scheme.
- Lunex may delay or refuse a withdrawal, or temporarily freeze a balance, where needed to investigate suspected fraud, account compromise, a breach of these terms, or where required by law.
- [TO CONFIRM: what happens to a remaining balance when an account is closed. The account-deletion flow does not currently check for a positive balance.]
Selling on Lunex
To sell you need a slot. Slot rent is paid in advance for a fixed period:
- Free trial — 1 monthNo payment required. [TO CONFIRM: once per seller?]
- 3 months — $30.00One-time payment.
- 6 months — $60.00One-time payment.
- Slot rent is a one-time payment for the period chosen. It does not renew automatically and is not charged again unless you pay for another period. Renewing early adds the new period to the end of your current one.
- When a period ends without renewal, your slot and its listings stop appearing on the marketplace.
- Rent can be paid in cryptocurrency or from your balance. An underpaid crypto rent payment does not activate or extend a slot and is reviewed manually; an overpayment buys exactly one period. [TO CONFIRM: whether slot rent is refundable in any circumstance.]
- Lunex currently charges no commission on sales. For crypto orders, the only amount withheld from what you receive is the blockchain network fee for forwarding the payment to your payout address.
- You must set a payout address for each coin you accept. Payments are forwarded to the address saved at the time of the sale; you are responsible for its accuracy.
- You must accept and follow the Prohibited Goods Policy, hold the right to sell every item you list, describe items accurately, keep stock and files working, and handle refunds fairly.
- You are responsible for any taxes that apply to your sales. [TO CONFIRM with counsel: whether Lunex has marketplace-facilitator, VAT/GST or DAC7-style reporting obligations.]
Your content and conduct
You keep ownership of content you post — listings, images, slot profiles, reviews, chat messages, support tickets and attachments. You grant Lunex a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, display and process that content as needed to run the platform.
- Messages in the public global chat are deleted automatically after 24 hours. Private conversations and support tickets are kept as described in the Privacy Policy.
- Reviews must reflect a genuine purchase experience. Do not post reviews for your own slot, or offer anything in exchange for a review.
- Do not harass other users, post unlawful or infringing material, attempt to take transactions off-platform to avoid these terms, probe or disrupt the service, or access accounts or data that are not yours.
- Report listings or users that break the rules through Support.
Suspension and account closure
Lunex may remove or hide listings, suspend or remove a slot, or suspend an account where it reasonably believes these terms, the Prohibited Goods Policy or the law have been broken, or to protect users or the platform. Where practical we will tell you why.
You can close your account from Settings after confirming your password (or two-factor code). An account that still owns a slot must close or transfer the slot first. Closing an account ends all sessions; order, review and moderation records are kept so that other users’ history stays intact (see the Privacy Policy).
Cryptocurrency risks
- Blockchain transactions cannot be reversed once broadcast.
- Network fees and confirmation times vary and are outside Lunex’s control.
- Exchange rates move. Rates are locked for the payment window of an order, top-up or rent payment, but not for any other purpose.
- Lunex relies on third-party blockchain data and rate providers. An outage may delay detection of a payment or a withdrawal.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
[TO CONFIRM with counsel — this section must be drafted for the governing law chosen below, and consumer-protection rules in several of the markets Lunex is offered in (8 languages) restrict how far liability can be limited.]
The service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, Lunex is not liable for items supplied by sellers, for losses caused by incorrect addresses or payments you send, or for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Changes, governing law and contact
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced on the site before they take effect; continuing to use Lunex afterwards means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of [TO CONFIRM: jurisdiction], and disputes are subject to the courts of [TO CONFIRM: venue], without depriving consumers of protections granted by the law of the country where they live.
Questions about these terms: open a ticket through Support or email [TO CONFIRM: legal contact email].
