Finding your purchases

All purchases made with your account are available from the Orders page.

Open Orders

Choose Orders from the header. Search by order ID, product name, or slot name, and use the status and date filters to narrow the list.

Open a purchase

Select an order row to view its summary, delivery information, and review availability. The displayed order ID remains unchanged and can be copied when contacting support.
