Order statuses
Order statuses show the current stage of payment, processing, delivery, or cancellation.
Common statuses
Pending means the order is awaiting a required step. Processing means payment or delivery work is in progress. Delivered confirms that the item is available. Cancelled and Refunded identify orders that did not complete normally.
When a status does not change
Allow time for payment confirmation and seller processing. If the status remains unchanged beyond the stated delivery window, include the order ID in a support ticket.
