Restricted or review-required items
Some digital goods are not universally prohibited but may require manual review, proof of ownership, or confirmation that resale is permitted. These can include software licenses, game keys, digital subscriptions, reseller access, automation tools, account-related digital goods, and region-restricted content.
Approval depends on the item, its source, applicable restrictions, and the seller’s ability to verify their rights. A previous approval does not guarantee that a similar listing will be accepted.
Seller responsibility
Sellers are responsible for:
- Having the legal and contractual right to sell every listed item.
- Providing accurate titles, descriptions, images, prices, and delivery terms.
- Following all laws and restrictions that apply to the seller and buyer.
- Providing proof of ownership, licensing, sourcing, or authorization when requested.
- Avoiding misleading claims, hidden conditions, and deceptive listing practices.
Sellers should review their active products in the Seller dashboard whenever their rights, inventory, or delivery terms change.
Enforcement
When a listing or transaction may violate this policy, Lunex may request verification, remove the listing, restrict or suspend a store, or cancel or hold a transaction where required. Serious or repeated violations may result in account termination.
Actions are based on the available information, the nature of the item, prior activity, legal requirements, and payment-provider obligations.
Reporting a prohibited listing
If you believe a listing violates this policy, report it through Lunex Support. Include the store, product link, and a short explanation so the report can be reviewed accurately.
